Editing Renovation Projects

Certain ruined buildings in the [[Marketplace]] can be undertaken by the player as Renovation Projects. The player will be given the chance to redesign the building themself, being sure to adhere to a set of criteria unique to each building.

* '''Furniture Requirements:''' Each project has a list of items that must be present in the interior in order for it to be accepted (eg. The Library must contain a certain amount of bookshelves) but the player can choose what furniture set they use.
* '''Budget:''' The player gets a pre-determined construction budget that they can use without digging into their own bank accounts. However, should they wish to, the player ''can'' choose to go over-budget, but they will need to finance the overdraft themself.
* '''Walking Space:''' Key furniture items such as tills, bookshelves, etc. will require a certain amount of space around them in order to make the library useable without interrupting NPC pathfinding.
